What is Proviron?
Proviron is used in men with hypogonadism to replace testosterone. Male hypogonadism is a disease when there is insufficient testosterone in the body. Testosterone is an androgen called a natural male hormone that controls normal male sexual development. Testosterone is essential for male reproductive organ development and maintenance, and other male features, such as hair growth, deep voice, sex motivation, muscle weight, and distribution of body fat. Proviron is only available in male patients.
What does Proviron do to your body?
Proenvironnement is an oral androgen preparation that does not have any restrictive effect on the testis and thus a minor central inhibitory effect. Proviron compensates for an androgen deficiency that begins to gradually decline with growing age. Proviron has particularly good liver tolerance.
Medical uses of Proviron?
Mesterolone is used in treating male hypogonadism, anemia of androgen deficiency, and supporting male fertility. The late puberty in boys may also be cured using it. As mesterolone does not have estrogenic effects, androgen deficiency cases in which breast tender or gynecomastia are also present, and can be reported for treatment. The medicine is described as relatively weak with partially active androgen, rarely being used for androgen replacement therapy but remains widely used in medicine.

How to use Proviron?
You will be told by your physician how often and how much Proviron is to be taken. It’s very important for Proviron to work best, to take as your doctor says. Typically, 1-2 tablets are given three times a day depending on the patient’s condition.
Side effects of Proviron?
Proviron alone does not always cause many side effects. However, it could cause a lot of problems if used in conjunction with other androgens. These include loss of libido, erectile dysfunction, impatience, infertility, and lethargy. As a woman, it is also harmful to use because it reduces the amount of estrogen available. This may result in virilization.
